Orders under €70 will incur a shipping fee of €4.99 - €9.98, depending on the products purchased (the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout).

When will I get my order?

We ship all eyewear within 1-2 days from receiving your order. You will get an email from us to let you know that your order's on its way.

Where will my order ship from?

Our eyewear is shipped from the Republic of Ireland.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

How do I return eyewear?

Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at returns@fairyspecs.com to obtain a return address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Are eyewear returns free?

If you’re returning an item from the Republic of Ireland – YES, just email us at returns@fairyspecs.com to obtain a free returns label.

If you’re returning an item from any other countries outside of Ireland, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in the post. Please email us at returns@fairyspecs.com to obtain a return address.

How long do I have to return eyewear?

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

When will I get my order?

It takes on average 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. You will get an email from us to let you know that your order's on its way.

Where will my order ship from?

Some of our products are shipped from a fulfillment center in the United Kingdom, some from the EU and some from the US. Each product page has info with what country the particular product is shipped from. If you order multiple items, each may come separately.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Tip: Package theft is on the rise - If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, please use an address where you know you'll be.

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges (except on our eyewear), but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at hello@fairyspecs.com!

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@fairyspecs.com within 7 days from receiving your order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
